Secure Information Delivery, Confirmation and Remote Printing Management from ETSec
ETprint™ is a hosted, managed, secure information delivery system. It provides a simple, standards-compliant interface; delivery by dial-up; Internet or broadband wireless; automatic format conversion; and accommodates remote devices both old and new. ETprint normalizes a diverse fleet of remote devices, thus insulating the sending system from the burdens of knowing the details and capabilities of the receiving site. ETprint provides:

Files can be submitted to ETprint via SFTP, Web Services, email or other methods. Input files can be any file type, and are submitted as a payload to an XML file which communicates the desired attributes for the file delivery. Upon submission, ETprint issues a tracking number to the sender, which can be used at any time to retrieve the current delivery status.
The sender does not need to know or understand the equipment or capabilities at the remote site. ETprint establishes a connection with the intended recipient and first ascertains the capabilities at that site. ETprint then translates the input file into a format native to the receiving device, and proceeds to securely transmit the data using communications protocols and methods appropriate for that device.
While ETprint is managing the communications process, it also collects status information from that process and from the equipment at the destination. This status information is made available to the sender in real time through Web Services or RSS feeds, or through a web portal. ETprint provides positive confirmation of delivery and/or printing of the file at the remote station – it’s nonrepudiation that the file transfer occurred. ETprint also collects and feeds back the status of the equipment and consumables as applicable. For distributed networks, ETprint provides unmatched visibility into remote sites for proof of delivery and ease of management.
At the destination, ETprint is compatible with a variety of systems and equipment, such as disparate networks, remote printers and fax. For unmatched capabilities, ETprint can be paired with ETSec’s ETpilot and ETsecure Gateway remote appliances to complete an end-to-end fully-managed secure delivery network. These remote devices use ETSec’s patented remote management system to push information to devices sitting behind firewalls and with dynamic IPs. As a result, the system establishes a secure, accessible and fully-manageable remote node on a highly-distributed network. The ETSec remote device uses local network connectivity, without the need to configure local firewall access.
